Carolyn McLarty
Dr. Carolyn McLarty is a retired veterinarian who practiced in Woodward, Oklahoma. She is the former Republican National Committeewoman for Oklahoma. She served on the RNC from September of 2008 to August of 2020.
She has served on the RNC Executive Committee and was Chairman of the RNC Standing Committee on Resolutions for four and a half years. She was a Sub- Committee Co-Chair for Families, Education, Health, and Crime at the National Platform Committee of the 2012 and 2016 Republican National Conventions.
McLarty has been a member of the Oklahoma Eagle Forum since 2007 and is President. She has served on the Eagle Forum National Board of Directors since 2014 and is currently the Secretary.
McLarty is the Chaplin for Payne County Republican Party, and member of the Payne County Republican Women’s Club and Executive Committee, as Parliamentarian.
She and her husband Tom moved to Stillwater, OK in 2019 to retire. McLarty is an active member of her church and serves as Adult Small Group Leader. She is the Director of SHED Ministry which helps people mature in the faith and be victorious in their private lives. She is an aspiring amateur poet and avid golfer.
Carolyn and Tom have three grown children, all Oklahoma State University graduates; and, most of all, they are blessed to have four Grandchildren!
