Glyn McKay

Glyn McKay is a pastor’s wife, the mother of three young children, and the executive director of the Club for Growth Foundation where she leads the effort to educate emerging leaders and the public on the foundational principles that make America a beacon of freedom and prosperity. 

At the Foundation, she directs and manages its three core programs: a fellowship; a federal and state economic scorecard program; and a burgeoning policy program to equip conservative leaders and the public on the principles of economic freedom and limited government. 

A third-generation Eagle, she has served on the Board of Directors of Eagle Forum since 2021. Following an internship with Phyllis in the St. Louis office in 2010, Glyn served in Eagle Forum’s Washington, D.C. office from 2011-2016, first as legislative assistant, then as legislative director, and finally as the executive director, leading all federal lobbying and grassroots efforts as well as political activities for Eagle Forum PAC. 

Glyn is originally from Snyder, Texas, a small town in the Texas panhandle, and is a fourth-generation graduate of Baylor University.
