Eagle Forum Bylaws as amended 8-1-2019 / ARTICLE ONE — NAME SECTION 1. The name of this organization shall be Eagle Forum. The Board of Directors shall protect the name “Eagle Forum” and may authorize its use by State Eagle Forums and local Eagle Forum Chapters in accordance with Articles Eight and Ten, respectively.
