Today, Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards will testify before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. (Watch live, 10 a.m. EST.) She is being called to account after a series of videos from the Center for Medical Progress showed her organization selling the body parts of aborted babies. To draw attention away from those barbaric practices, Planned Parenthood is planning a “#PinkOut Day,” in which its activists swarm the Capitol and blanket social media.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced yesterday that the Senate will have a cloture vote Thursday on a Continuing Resolution (CR) that funds the government through December 11th and includes H.R. 3134, passed by the House of Representatives last Friday, stopping Planned Parenthood funding for one year and redirecting funds to Federally Qualified Health Centers. These health centers not only provide more comprehensive health services, but they also outnumber Planned Parenthood clinics across the nation 20 to 1. By redirecting federal funding away from Planned Parenthood, America’s largest abortion provider, Congress is continuing to fund women’s health care through centers that give more options and more services to women.

On Tuesday, the Center for Medical Progress released its tenth video exposing Planned Parenthood’s appalling disregard for unborn babies. Planned Parenthood executives are seen mocking laws against selling aborted baby parts while acknowledging the public relations problem they would have if Americans knew what they were doing.
