Deborah Love, Executive Director of Eagle Forum of Alabama sent a report showing that the Select House Panel started off the New Year with 15 criminal referrals for Planned Parenthood and their associates. The chart in the report shows Planned Parenthood and fetal tissue companies refused to comply with Congressional subpoenas.

Chapter IV: The Criminal Referrals – The Select Investigative Panel has made numerous criminal and regulatory referrals and investigations are underway around the nation. Among many violations, the Panel:

  1. Learned that StemExpress and certain abortion clinics may have violated the HIPAA privacy rights of vulnerable women for the sole purpose of increasing the harvesting of fetal tissue to make money. Referred to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
  2. Uncovered evidence showing that StemExpress may have violated federal regulations governing Institutional Review Boards (IRBs). Referred to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
  3. Discovered that the University of New Mexico may have been violating its state’s Anatomical Gift Act by receiving tissue from a late -term abortion clinic (Southwestern Women’s Options). Referred to the Attorney General of New Mexico.

There are many startling findings and points made in this report and this is a great way to encourage our State and National leaders to take action now to defund Planned Parenthood and stop illegal exchange of human fetal tissue for profit.
