Ask Your Congressman to Vote Against H.R. 6
The House is taking yet another vote on immigration this week, and it could be devastating. The American Dream and Promise Act (H.R. 6) promises anything but the “American Dream”. It will give 4 million illegal aliens a free ride to American citizenship.
Not only will this massive amnesty bill take a toll on our jobs, but it will also take money out of our own pockets. The Congressional Budget Office projected that the cost of this bill will be $34.6 billion paid for by American taxpayers.
Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee blocked amendments that would stop illegal immigrants who have committed certain criminal offenses from becoming permanent citizens under this bill. They continue to push forward their agenda of open borders to the detriment of American citizens. We must act quickly!
