Washington, D.C. — Eagle Forum PAC, a conservative public policy organization founded by pro-family leader Phyllis Schlafly, is proud to endorse Bobby Schilling for the United States House of Representatives.

“We need Bobby Schilling back in Congress,” said Schlafly. “He is a man of integrity who will faithfully serve the people of the 17th District and not break promises just to gain power.”

“Bobby stands up for our rights to life and liberty,” added Schlafly. “Unlike Cheri Bustos, he is a defender of the unborn. While Bustos voted against protecting babies when they can feel pain, Bobby supports the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act and voted to cut off taxpayer funding of abortions.”

“Instead of accumulating power in Washington, Bobby will work to restore it to the states and the people,” continued Schlafly. “He understands that Common Core gives too much control over education to unelected bureaucrats. As a small businessman, he knows that rolling back excessive taxation and regulations will allow the economy to flourish.”

“The voters in Illinois’ 17th District face a clear choice,” concluded Schlafly. “The only thing we can trust Cheri Bustos to do is expand government and support abortion on demand. By voting for Bobby Schilling, the people can return a true citizen-legislator to Congress.”

Eagle Forum PAC supports candidates who are committed to a conservative philosophy of limited government, national sovereignty and traditional values.
