Washington, D.C. — Eagle Forum PAC, a conservative public policy organization founded by pro-family leader Phyllis Schlafly, is proud to endorse Rod Blum for the United States House of Representatives.

“Rod Blum is a principled constitutional conservative,” said Schlafly. “The people of the 1st District can count on him to fight for their interests instead of kowtowing to the elites.”

“We can trust Rod to move the pro-family agenda forward,” continued Schlafly. “In Congress, he will work to protect the unborn and secure our borders. Rod opposes the Obama administration’s destructive economic priorities of taxing, spending, and regulating, and will fight for policies that create jobs and economic opportunity.”

“After a lifetime as a businessman and community leader, Rod knows that Washington causes more problems than it solves,” added Schlafly. “He knows that Common Core is an unconstitutional power grab that has cheapened the value of an Iowa education. Rod will fight to roll it back and restore control of education to the states and to the people.”

“Iowa’s 1st District deserves a congressman who knows firsthand how important limited government, strong families, and traditional values are to our success as a nation,” concluded Schlafly. “Rod Blum will be that leader.”

Eagle Forum PAC supports candidates who are committed to a conservative philosophy of limited government, national sovereignty and traditional values.
