Star Parker Endorsement

Eagle Forum PAC Endorses Star Parker for Congress

Eagle Forum PAC is pleased to endorse Star Parker to represent California’s 49th Congressional district in the United States House of Representatives.

“Star Parker will be a commonsense voice for the people of the 49th District,” stated Eagle Forum President Kris Ullman. “Star believes that every person has value regardless of race, wealth, age, or ability. And she knows that if government gets out of the way, people can prosper.”

Once dependent on welfare, Star was once told that she was a victim. But her Christian conversion changed her outlook. She rejected that label and became a business owner. After that business was destroyed in the Los Angeles riot, she turned to activism. She is the founder of CURE (the Center for Urban Renewal and Education), a non-profit organization advocating for personal responsibility and limited government, and for bringing real change to urban communities.

“Star has been a champion for the rights of all Americans – to make their own decisions and take back their power from the government. Bad decisions from the federal government have left us with less money, limited healthcare choices, and unbearable taxes,” Ullman continued. “Her extensive knowledge on these issues and leadership qualities will elevate the voices of her constituents in Congress. As Star says, ‘government doesn’t need to be bigger; it needs to be better.’ Congress will be better with Star as a Member.”

Eagle Forum PAC encourages all voters in California’s 49th Congressional district to support Star Parker in the primary on June 2nd.

Eagle Forum was founded by Phyllis Schlafly, a dynamic and charismatic leader who inspired countless women and men to participate in the process of self-government and public policy-making so that America will continue to be a land of individual liberty, with respect for the nuclear family, public and private virtue, and private enterprise. For nearly fifty years, Eagle Forum’s network of state organizations has led the charge to mobilize the grassroots to defend the founding principles of the United States.
