Eagle Forum Issue Chairman Offers Hope to Combatting Human Trafficking
Human trafficking is a growing and very real threat in every single American city. We’ve probably all heard stories of women in Target being followed by men or may even know of someone who has been trafficked. While it is difficult to estimate the actual amount of individuals trafficked in the United States, we do know that the numbers are alarming. Trafficking is currently a multi-billion-dollar industry with over 25 million people enslaved worldwide both in labor and sex trafficking. Sexual exploitation of children is on the rise and the trafficking of underage children for sex is the second largest demographic.
Because of this, Engage with Eagle Forum interviewed Eagle Forum’s new issue chairman on human trafficking, Trayce Bradford. In this role, Trayce is dedicated to combatting trafficking in all facets of our society. She has a decade of experience in this field and brings her expertise and relationships from that work into Eagle Forum’s many state chapters.
