The Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act (H.R. 4712). It passed the House on Jan. 19 in a 241-183 vote!

January 16, 2018

The House will vote this week on the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act (H.R. 4712).  This is a necessary pro-life bill that will require medical professionals to perform life-saving measures, including transportation to a hospital, to save a baby that has been born alive during an abortion. Criminal penalties are outlined for those who do not attempt to save the child’s life.  It also gives the woman a right of action in these circumstances.

After Congress investigated the horrifying industry of fetal-tissue trafficking, they released a report showing the lack of these life-saving measures taking place.  Abortionists and abortion facilities are being incentivized for harvesting organs. The more body parts they harvest, the more money that pads their pockets.  They are clearly placing more value on a baby’s body parts than on the life itself.  This is why H.R. 4712 must pass.

Contact your Congressman and ask that they vote YES on H.R. 4712, the Born Alive Survivors Protection Act
