Protect Women’s Sports!

Never Believe the “We Care About Children” Platitudes

In what could possibly be one of the most outrageous but illuminating moves by the Biden administration in its war on children, the Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Agriculture plan to collude on several significant changes to Title IX rules. School lunches for needy children might be targeted if school districts fail to genuflect to the transgender mob. “Let them eat cake!”, or actually, let them eat nothing if they believe there are only two sexes.

Coalition letter to the Department of Education

Eagle Forum joined a coalition letter to the Department of Education asking that they stop its plans to release a new Title IX rule, which mandates how schools must respond to sexual misconduct complaints. Of particular concern, this rule is expected to extend gender identity as a protected class under Title IX.
