From Little Rock comes Reason

A strong young voice in Little Rock
Became a standing stone.
A monument to reason rose as she countered
The elder on the throne.

Her words were clear she didn’t hold back
Her story she did share.
A proof of strength and dignity, 
Were refreshing words to hear.

The pendulum has swung she said
From normal clear to crazy.
Our country’s mind it seems is lost,
To those whose own is hazy.

The foundation has not changed,
The needs and dreams of people are the same.
Let life flourish, give us freedom, leave us alive to thrive,
We will take back reason with our own God as our guide.

Purpose and position make a difference to us all,
In just two years duplicity has let disasters to befall.
History repeats itself; we often hear it said.
But now is like no other time, with leaders without heads.

Our country needs revival
For our mission and our hope,
To be restored in time to save
A generation’s means to cope.

So, no more vain decisions please,
Bring back sobriety.
Common sense is sorely needed
To fulfill our country’s destiny.

Protect our nation’s sovereignty
While there’s still a seed of hope.
Clean out the evil doers now; and please,
Remove the heavy yoke of woke!
