Kansas Senate Defeats Article V for Convention of States as reported by Blake Branson of Campaign for Liberty, to Janine Hansen, National Eagle Forum Constitution Issues Chairman.

“Thank you to everyone who made calls and sent in testimony! Thanks to your hard work we stopped SCR 1611, the resolution calling for a dangerous Article V convention, in the Kansas Senate today! The vote was 22-16 in favor, they needed 27. I’ll post the roll call vote when it becomes available!”
