Eagle Forum PAC is honored to endorse Representative Mary Miller in Illinois’s fifteenth district to the United States House of Representatives.
As a freshman member, Rep. Miller has not shied away from taking strong, conservative stances on important legislation. She made life, border security, and Constitutional liberties the forefront of her efforts. When Democrats introduced legislation after legislation trying to strip away the privacy rights of girls in sports, she offered amendments and sponsored bills to protect them.
Because of redistricting, eight-year incumbent Rep. Rodney Davis is challenging Rep. Miller for her seat. However, Rep. Davis has not been a good steward of his time in office. He has voted twice to remove the ratification deadline for the Equal Rights Amendment and has voted in favor of legislation that favors transgender rights over women’s rights. Rep. Miller has successfully defended women in Congress while Rep. Davis has left them behind.
Rep. Miller successfully represents her district. Previously a farmer, she understands how often hard-working Americans are overlooked. In such a left-leaning Congress, she has not allowed progressive voices to influence her votes. She has consistently voted for pro-family values garnering a 100% rating with Eagle Forum.
Eagle Forum President Colleen Holcomb stated, “Representative Mary Miller has proven to be an ally to conservatives. In a time where Democrats are trying their best to strip women of their rights, we need more women in Congress to push back. Rep. Miller has championed women and their families since stepping into office.”
