As an Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety Professional, my job is to work with employers to keep their employees safe. As an OSHA-credentialed expert in health and safety, I became very concerned with what I was seeing with the government’s response to a virus. Never before in the history of this nation have we responded to a pandemic in such a manner. I have sat on infectious disease boards and pandemic and emergency response committees, so know the mistakes.
First, we never tell people to stay indoors, stay off the beaches and out of the parks to control the spread of an infectious disease. The number one thing you can do to prevent the spread of an airborne virus is to increase ventilation. Being outdoors is the best ventilation possible! Telling people to stay indoors, windows closed, in close proximity to others is actually the worst thing you can do.
Second, the government totally abandoned the accepted multidisciplinary approach to pandemic response. This was a huge red flag to me, as there were no credentialed experts on the federal or state Covid-19 taskforces who could advise on risk mitigation strategies involving engineering controls such as increased mechanical and natural ventilation, administrative controls, personal protective equipment, or respiratory protective factors.
Instead, we were listening to two people, Drs. Fauci and Birx, neither of whom is credentialed to speak on pathogen protection or protective factors, PPE, or pandemic response. In addition, Dr. Fauci was directly and illegally involved in the chimeric research and gain of function research that resulted in viruses like the SARS Cov-2 virus. Dr. Fauci’s conflict of interest is such that he never should have been put on this task force. He has consistently provided false information as fact, has flip-flopped on his recommendations since the beginning, creating confusion and uncertainty for the public, and, most recently was caught lying in his Senate testimony about his involvement with the lab in Wuhan, China. Dr. Fauci should be arrested for his criminal activities and behavior, yet he is still (mis)leading the nation on this pandemic response.
Third, the Biden Administration is attempting to force permanent lockdown measures and mandates on our nation by weaponizing OSHA and threatening our businesses into becoming mask and vaccine administrators. This is egregious and totally illegal. The President has issued a directive to OSHA, telling them to create a federal Covid-19 Standard. This violates the President’s scope of authority as the Executive Branch does not have the statutory authority to simply demand a federal regulatory agency “create a new standard”. OSHA derives its authority from Congress, and Congress alone, according to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. The rulemaking process is quite lengthy and involved. Even an Emergency Temporary Standard has specific requirements and parameters, none of which the President of the United States gets to dictate.
In order for OSHA to successfully create an ETS, the burden of proof is on the agency to prove the public is in “grave danger” and that the requirements of the ETS are “necessary” to prevent likely deaths or serious injury. The survivability rate for Covid-19 is between 97% to 99.7%, depending on the age group. That is a far cry from grave danger to the public.
Mandating facial coverings creates a wide variety of “unintended consequences”, including adverse reactions, and physical, mental, and psychological health issues. Facial coverings do not prevent the spread of an aerosolized, respiratory infectious disease, as has been proven by scientific studies (RCT’s with metadata analysis) going back to the 1970s. It is these studies that OSHA based their PPE and Respiratory Protection Standards on in the first place.
To throw out decades worth of science and data and enforce mandates that actually violate OSHA’s existing standards, creating a greater hazard is totally illegal and is revisionism. Mandating vaccines that are still in the testing phase, and that we now know are causing deaths and very serious long-term health problems, is downright criminal. And for what? A virus that has a 99 percent survivability rate? This is insanity.
As a health and safety professional, trained by OSHA and other government agencies, I can tell you that none of this is about public health or safety. If it were, we wouldn’t be abandoning all accepted protocols and practices, or violating OSHA’s own standards that govern the use of PPE and respiratory protection, in favor of mandates that create much greater hazards for the American public. So it begs the question, “What is this really about? What is really going on here?”
Make no mistake: this is about control. It is about implementing what the global powers are calling “The Great Reset”, a redistribution of the world’s wealth, control of all citizens, and population control. Every government ruler in the world has fallen in step with a global agenda. They are following the script, and are being rewarded for it. Those who haven’t, have gone missing or have been killed and replaced by a leader who has quickly fallen in line.
So what can WE do about this? America, we are the solution. Our Constitution gives us freedoms that the rest of the world does not enjoy. We have rights under our Amendments. We have fight and freedom in our DNA. We the People must continue to fight, not only for our nation and our freedoms, but for the world.
As America goes, so does the rest of the world. Continue to make your voices heard! The cracks in their agenda are beginning to show! Speak louder and refuse to comply with these unconstitutional and wicked mandates! It is up to us to stop this while we can. Thank you for your willingness to sacrifice for freedom today. All is at stake, so we must continue to stand and expose this agenda for what it is, a wicked plan to implement The New World Order.
