Please fight with us to protect our children from unethical and experimental “medical” practices that sterilize them.
Our Legislators in Austin are considering a strong bill to protect children from experimental “transgender medicine” but the House Calendars Committee has not released HB 1399 to the House floor for a vote.
CHILDREN IN TEXAS NEED YOUR HELP!
The facts:
- Children are being sterilized and mutilated before they can legally or ethically give consent.
- Transgender medicine is a booming business that hurts children instead of healing them.
- Sweden, Finland, and the U.K. have all recently revised their guidelines to restrict or ban medical interventions for gender dysphoric minors and return to prioritizing psychological interventions and support for healing. These nations are the most “trans” friendly in the world. We must learn from them rather than subject young Texans to rejected experimental treatments.
- Studies show that 88-94% of children will outgrow their ideation of being in the wrong body if they are supported in their biological sex or given healing counseling when needed.
- Texas has laws to protect children from smoking before age 18, using e-cigarettes or drinking before 21. They can’t have their own bank account until they are 18. In this vein we must protect them from experimental medical treatments that pretend to make them into the opposite sex.
- Children who fall on the autistic spectrum are drawn to this trend at a higher rate than other children.
- HB 1399 would stop medical practitioners from administering certain drugs or performing surgeries to assist a minor wishing to transition their gender.
- The restrictions in HB 1399 only apply to procedures for children under 18 years old.
