Contact Your Representative Regarding HR5 Vote on Protecting Women and Children

Take Action!Last week, the House took a vote on the Equality Act (H.R. 5). Unfortunately, it passed, but 173 Congressmen, all Republican, voted against the bill. They tried their best to stop a bill that would strip away women’s benefits and privacy rights.

Eight Republicans along with 228 Democrats voted for the bill while 23 Congressmen did not vote at all. They progressed a bill that could force girls to shower with boys, allow men to overtake women’s sports, and separate parents from children if the child is denied hormone therapy treatments. This could be devastating for American families across our nation.
