As expected when Joe Biden moved into the White House, Democrats in Congress immediately turned their attention to passing H.R. 5, better known as the Equality Act. The House passed it last week, and now the Senate is poised to begin its own debate. What is important for everyone to realize is that instead of simply advocating for equality, this legislation will upend all aspects of our lives by inserting “gender identity” into everything from employment law to religious freedom.
