Life is Not a Losing Issue
The concept of life is weaved throughout every tenet within the GOP Platform. From conception to natural death, Republicans are expected to uphold this basic freedom that is endowed by our Creator and affirmed by our Constitution. Unfortunately, that’s not always the case, and we saw that play out during this year’s midterm elections.

Canadian Cult of Death
Euthanasia, in which doctors use drugs to kill consenting patients, has been legal in Canada since 2016. To be eligible for the procedure, the law first stated a person must be at least 18 years old, be able to prove he or she is suffering from severe physical pain with a reasonable expectation of a foreseeable death, and have two doctors sign off on the decision to terminate life.

Who On God’s Green Earth Would Think This is a Good Idea?

Election Day Takeaways
Conservative Republicans were optimistic that the mid-term elections would bring sweeping changes in the U.S. House and Senate while Democrats were bracing themselves for the impact of losing control of Congress. We all hoped that issues like inflation, immigration, and parental rights would drive voters to the polls.

When Pro-life Obstetricians Are Threatened
These are alarming times for obstetricians and gynecologists who believe they have two patients with every pregnancy, the mother and the unborn baby. Not only was a national association of pro-life OB-GYNs banned from a recent well-known midwifery conference, but these physicians are now concerned that their licenses might be in danger.

Conservatives Urge Red Line Reforms In Year-End Spending Packages
As the fiscal year comes to a close, conservatives urge Congress to adopt substantive red lines for government-funding measures that elevate the needs and well-being of the American people above the self-interested priorities of well-connected powerbrokers and lobbyists within the Beltway. Millions of our fellow citizens are suffering from historic inflation and energy prices driven by far-left ideologues in the Biden administration.

Congress Meddles in Marriage & Contraception
Since the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization overturned Roe v. Wade, Democrats have been in a tizzy. Not only have they tried to codify Roe into law, but they are also fearmongering about other issues such as same-sex marriage and access to contraception.

All Eyes on Manchin
After passing billions of dollars out of the House Appropriations Committee a couple of weeks ago, the Senate is working on a separate spending measure. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is itching to pass a reconciliation bill. This type of spending bill overrides the filibuster allowing the measure to pass with 51 votes instead of the usual 60 votes.

Urgent Action Needed: Ask Your Representatives to Stop Two Pro-Abortion Bills
On Friday, July 15th, the U.S. House of Representatives is poised to vote on two abortion bills: the Women’s Health Protection Act (H.R. 8296) and the Ensuring Access to Abortion Act (H.R. 8297). Both bills are an attempt to undermine the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision by encroaching on states’ rights.

Dems Abort Pro-Life Provisions
House Democrats are defending abortion rights with a vengeance. Since the Supreme Court decision on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, Democrats have threatened to codify Roe v. Wade through any means possible. Last week, the House Appropriations Committee met to craft legislation that will fund all government agencies. Instead of focusing on responsible spending and cutting the debt, they had a showdown over abortion rights.

American Freedom is Back!
After what feels like the longest year under the Biden administration, the Supreme Court finally delivered conservatives solid WINS through strong constitution-based decisions! Rulings on gun rights, religious freedom, and of course the most important issue — the right to life — resulted in righting wrongs and sending the left into a tizzy.

Life Wins!
Today, almost fifty years after the Supreme Court created a ‘constitutional right’ to abortion in Roe v. Wade, a majority of Justices corrected the erroneous decision stating, “Roe and Casey must be overruled.” The majority decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization declares, “The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision.” Eagle Forum supports the decision and is thrilled that Roe v. Wade is in the trash heap of history where it belongs.
