Is the Equal Rights Amendment needed?

Are men and women interchangeable in all situations? Are there any differences between men and women or should the United States become a completely sex-neutral society? The Equal Rights Amendment is a relic from a hundred years ago, but the Illinois legislature just made it a current topic by voting to pass that old amendment. Not enough states have passed ERA to put it in the U.S. Constitution and it should be stopped. ERA is not needed and if it were to be ratified, ERA would harm women and harm our country.

Replace #MeToo with #NoWay

Would the episodes of male bosses sexually harassing young women in the office be different if more women were in power? Ruth Bader Ginsberg and Sheryl Sandberg have said, “Yes!” and argue that female bosses would prevent sexual harassment. Nonsense! Women, just by their presence, do not necessarily create a peaceful environment and nor do all women think alike.

Texas Associations of Business study

After reading the Texas Associations of Business study, “The Economic Impact of Discriminatory Legislation On the State Of Texas,” Trayce Bradford, President of Texas Eagle Forum, wrote, “Contrary to what the TAB hopes you will believe by their polls and charts, they do NOT have a referendum on the religious liberty issues.

Women Still Don’t Belong in Combat

Unexpected events reveal uncomfortable truths about human nature, as demonstrated by two nearly simultaneous events on opposite sides of the world last Friday. In Fort Benning, Georgia, a large press contingent turned out to applaud and photograph the first two women ever to complete Ranger School, the Army’s toughest training course, which even most men are unable to finish.

How Democrats Plan to Win Elections

The Obama Democrats have an audacious scheme for winning future elections. They plan to import 5,000,000 non-citizens and credential them as voters who will, in gratitude, vote Democratic. The way this devious formula works is stunningly simple. Just continue full-funding for Homeland Security without any exception for Obama’s illegal executive amnesty. That will allow Obama to give work permits, Social Security numbers, and driver’s licenses to five million illegal aliens.

Faulty Ideas About Marriage, Pre-K, and Feminism

Political junkies will remember how former Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels was being groomed to run for president in 2012 before he made his foolish statement that the next president should “call a truce on the so-called social issues.” Americans do not want a leader who is unable or unwilling to articulate and lead on important social issues.

Who is Waging War on Women?

The real war against women is the announced plan of the Obama Administration, using outgoing Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta as the fall guy, to assign women for the first time in American history to fight our nation’s enemies in military ground combat. That’s real war, with real guns, real bullets, and real deaths.

Panetta’s Cowardly Decision

In a newsworthy act of political cowardice, Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta ran through the Pentagon’s exit door as he announced he is striking down the 1994 Combat Exclusion Law. His timing means his successor, presumably Chuck Hagel, will inherit the task of defending the order to assign women to front-line military combat.

Obama’s War on Women

Hilary Rosen’s attack on Mrs. Ann Romney by saying that (although she raised five children) she “never worked a day in her life” perfectly fits the definition of a gaffe. A gaffe is a statement that reveals what the spokesperson really thinks but turns out to be embarrassing when it is publicly discussed.

Ginsburg Likes Use of Foreign Law

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has proved again why she doesn’t belong on the U.S. Supreme Court. She really doesn’t like our U.S. Constitution, which she swore to uphold and defend, and she probably would like to rewrite it with input from various foreign laws and constitutions.
