All Eyes on Manchin

After passing billions of dollars out of the House Appropriations Committee a couple of weeks ago, the Senate is working on a separate spending measure. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is itching to pass a reconciliation bill. This type of spending bill overrides the filibuster allowing the measure to pass with 51 votes instead of the usual 60 votes.

How Americans Are Disappearing

For decades the left has both covertly and overtly pounded us with philosophies and policies that make the continuation of this society less and less possible. As only Victor Davis Hanson can explain, we must pay attention to trends playing out right before our eyes that will lead to our demise.

Are Pants a Constitutional Right?

Charter schools offer the promise of choice in education, but since these schools are funded by taxpayer money, then these schools can never be independent. In North Carolina, the Charter Day School lost a lawsuit (Peltier v. Charter Day School) about their dress code, because the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the school is a “state actor” and requiring girls to wear skirts violates both the Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution and Title IX.

Dems Abort Pro-Life Provisions

House Democrats are defending abortion rights with a vengeance. Since the Supreme Court decision on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, Democrats have threatened to codify Roe v. Wade through any means possible. Last week, the House Appropriations Committee met to craft legislation that will fund all government agencies. Instead of focusing on responsible spending and cutting the debt, they had a showdown over abortion rights.

American Freedom is Back!

After what feels like the longest year under the Biden administration, the Supreme Court finally delivered conservatives solid WINS through strong constitution-based decisions! Rulings on gun rights, religious freedom, and of course the most important issue — the right to life — resulted in righting wrongs and sending the left into a tizzy.

Way Too Dangerous for Young Children

As more and more medical experts advocate for young children’s health and safety by discouraging COVID shots for this age group, the FDA and CDC continue to push mRNA vaccines for babies and toddlers. Vaccine injuries and deaths are reported almost daily for young and old adults, and researchers do not know what the long-term effects of the shots might be for babies, Republican leaders should actively question these potentially dangerous efforts.

Roe v. Wade

Life Wins!

Today, almost fifty years after the Supreme Court created a ‘constitutional right’ to abortion in Roe v. Wade, a majority of Justices corrected the erroneous decision stating, “Roe and Casey must be overruled.” The majority decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization declares, “The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision.” Eagle Forum supports the decision and is thrilled that Roe v. Wade is in the trash heap of history where it belongs.

GOP Leaders Protecting Children

GOP Senators Push “Equality” Agenda

Just six months after several Republican Senators were shamed for putting a provision in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) to force women into the selective service, they did it again. Seven Republicans out of the thirteen GOP members on the Senate Armed Services Committee voted in favor of requiring women ages 18-25 to register for the draft.

Dems Scrambling to Murder Babies

Considering the possible overturn of Roe v. Wade, Democrats are attempting to use the National Defense Authorization Act as a vehicle to advance the abortion machine. According to the Military Times, “numerous lawmakers have asked for defense officials to clarify rules regarding leave time and travel assistance if female troops seek an abortion across state lines. Army officials have said they are looking into the issue.”
