State Longitudinal Data System

SLDSALABAMA – Eagle Forum of Alabama was instrumental in winning a key vote on February 21 in the Alabama Senate to curtail legislation to establish a massive state longitudinal data system.  The battle will be ongoing. Eagle Forum put out numerous alerts. Incentivized by the Obama Department of Education, 16 states and the District of Columbia have established such centralized systems.
