Rand Paul to Join Presidential Candidates at Eagle Council
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: August 26, 2015
St. Louis, MO: Senator Rand Paul (KY) will join several other Republican presidential contenders in addressing Eagle Forum’s 44th annual Eagle Council training conference. The event will host several hundred grassroots leaders and activists from around the country that will assemble to hear expert speakers and authors and receive practical training to defend their conservative values. Several of the major presidential hopefuls will be in attendance throughout the weekend to present their vision for America.
“We are very glad that Senator Paul can join our lineup next month,” said Phyllis Schlafly. “We are happy to have him attend Council and present his vision for this nation’s future. He has taken many bold stands on the Senate floor and I am sure that he will bring some good points to the conversation next month. Eagle Council is the best training that grassroots activists can get, and I am sure that getting to know Rand Paul and other candidates next month will help us nominate a solid conservative leader to represent our party in 2016.”
Eagle Council will be held in St. Louis, MO at the St. Louis Airport Marriott, September 11 through 13, 2015.
