St. Louis, MO: In seven days the 44th Eagle Council will convene at the St. Louis Airport Marriott with over 700 participants registered to attend. Eagle Council is, first and foremost, a training seminar for Eagle Forum leaders and volunteers from across America. This year, Phyllis has invited Republican candidates for President and six have confirmed attendance.

This week, Phyllis has announced that Eagle Council has a larger conference center that will allow more people to attend. Phyllis is inviting students to attend and hear the speeches. Already, over 125 students have signed up to attend including scores of homeschooling students.

“We are honored to have Presidential candidates speak at Eagle Council” said Phyllis Schlafly, Founder and CEO of Eagle Forum. “And we are thrilled to invite students to come and listen. Our children are our future and we need to engage them early in the important issues of the day. After all, politics is where the action is and much will be decided in this coming election including protecting the Republican Party’s conservative platform that is pro-life, pro-marriage, and for American military superiority. I encourage students to come and hear the candidates.”
