URGENT: Help us expose Planned Parenthood!

September 24, 2015

URGENT: the polls show that most Americans haven’t seen the undercover Planned Parenthood videos. Eagle Forum is hosting a social media campaign to push a short, 60-second clip of the lowlights. We are using Thunderclap, and if you have a Twitter or Facebook account, we need your help!

Thunderclap is like a crowdfunding or kickstarter campaign for social media. You can join our effort by “supporting” with your Twitter or Facebook account. A pre-written message (below) will post to each supporting account at the same time on September 29th, the day Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood, is to testify in front of Congress. (We just learned that Planned Parenthood is doing their own Thunderclap, and they already have over 1000 supporters! Please help!)

The message is simple: RT this MUST WATCH 1-min video exposing the extreme dangers of #PlannedParenthood! #WhyAreWePayingForThis #DefundPP http://thndr.it/1Ynz5fz

  • Select “Support with Twitter” or “Support with Facebook” (You can do both!).
  • Authorize Thunderclap (see explanation below).
  • Pass on to your friends and family!!

Every American must see what Planned Parenthood, America’s largest abortion provider, is doing in order to fully understand the debate in Washington, D.C., over taxpayer funding for this organization.

Thunderclap will ask for authorization to use your facebook or twitter. Not to worry, we’ve used Thunderclap before, and it’s safe. Here’s a couple FAQs:

What exactly am I agreeing to when I authorize my Facebook or Twitter account?

You’re allowing Thunderclap to share a single message on your behalf. This is only the case when you click the button on the campaign page to support with Twitter, Facebook, or Tumblr. After the campaign is complete, we won’t post any additional messages.

Why does the authorization message say you need access to my friends list?

In order to calculate social reach for Facebook, we’ll need the “Friend list” permission. We’ll never interact with your friends’ accounts, store their information, or post on their behalf. We use that permission for the sole purpose of calculating social reach.

Then, follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook.
