Opposition to Mexican trucks on U.S. roads still strong

  • This is going to bring more illegals (child molesters, terrorists, and otherwise unwanted members of society there), more drugs, and death to many American families on the roads. They drive unsafe equipment, do not know our traffic laws or how to read our road signs. How many horrific wrecks will happen before someone starts counting. How many deaths will it take to matter. THIS PRESIDENT is not protecting the border........he is opening the gate!!! I was a strong BUSH supporter until this!!!!!!!!! NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!!! THis decision and the general condition of the economy and the fact that illegals are swarming around everywhere in ATLANTA lets me know something is wrong like bever before!!! BYE BYE USA!!!!!!

  • I have jusat moved here from S.Carolina. I have witnessed buses with Mexican connections barreling through Austin, TX in a very unsafe and extremely dangerous driving manner. I think we have enough problems here. Mexicao must submit to our inspection protoclos and pay for repairs and certification of safety prior entry onto our highways.THIS INCLUDES HIGHWAY RULES AND REGULATIOPNS!

  • I am a semi-truck driver and deliver and pick up loads at the Mexican borders. The idea that this costs billions is a sham. These are distribution centers similar to what we have all over the country. The only additional cost is that we Americans with American trucks cost more to operate than Mexican trucks and labor. Their goal is to bring goods in from all over the world through their ports instead of ours, again, cheapening America. NAFTA has not brought us a better quality of life but has stripped us of manufacturing business and decent jobs. The only improved qual. of life is for the Mexican people. All the world is being brought up and we are being lowered.
